Digital Solutions Group (DSG) is delighted to have ranked as the top performer and gold award winner for the Best Outsourcing Partnership Europe, Middle East, and Africa in the 2021 Contact Center World Awards. These globally recognised awards were hosted virtually on Thursday 30th September 2021, held annually by ContactCenterWorld.com.
Renowned for their pan-African presence and with a reputation for delivering world-class Digital Customer Experience and Technology Services, DSG’s impact sourcing solution, in partnership with Nando’s and the Maharishi Institute, drives the education and skills development of South Africa’s youth workforce while simultaneously reducing youth unemployment, a glaring concern in the country and even more so as we navigate a pandemic economic climate.
Now in its 16th year, the ContactCenterWorld.com Global Association has around 205, 000 members spanning across 200 countries. “With over 80 nations competing in this year’s awards, we are extremely proud to have been awarded as Gold Medalists. Ranked as the top performer in the EMEA event, South Africa has again demonstrated its leading value proposition. This, awards illustrates that DSG remains competitively placed against global players,” says Brandon Meszaros, CEO of CXG, a DSG business.
“As regional finalists placed amongst the world’s most pioneering Contact Center and CX Companies, #DoingSomethingGreat and changing lives has become the ethos that underpins our approach to translating technology innovation into customer value creation.”
In the build-up to the 2021 ContactCenterWorld.com EMEA ceremony, DSG was also invited to take part in a pre-awards event during the 16th Annual ContactCenterWorld.com Next Generation Best Practices Conference and Expo 2021. Attended by leading industry players, audiences from around the globe tuned in to learn from, connect with and share insights from some of the industries most accomplished minds.
“By partnering successfully with DSG and the Maharishi institute we have managed to transform the customer experience and service levels we offer our call-in customers whilst also reducing operational complexity in our restaurants by fully integrating the call center into our systems. More calls are answered much quicker than we could ever manage and dealt with efficiently and professionally,” says Chris Swanepoel, Restaurant Support Director at Nando’s South Africa.
“Nando’s is extremely excited and proud to share this award with DSG. We view the call center and all the incredible people involved as part of the Nando’s family and this win stands as testament to their dedication and hard work.”
“Benchmarking people, processes and strategies against world-class companies & networks across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East & Africa, with the announcement of all regional gold medalists having concluded, entries for the 2022 17th Annual Global Contact Center World Awards – Top Ranking Performers will be opening soon, and we look forward to competing for a position amongst global counterparts,” concludes Meszaros.
